How it works
Send us your questions and the file. We check for conflicts of interest, then confirm the scope, the surveyor and a fixed fee in writing before we start.
Questions
Are you independent?
Yes. We are independent of yards, sellers and insurers, and check for conflicts of interest before we accept an instruction.
Can the opinion be used in proceedings?
We write it so that it can be submitted. The formal requirements depend on the jurisdiction, and we agree them with you at the start.
Do you always need to see the vessel?
No. Some questions can be answered from documents and photos. We tell you at the start whether an attendance is needed.
